- How can I place an order?
- First of all, you have to create an account in order to get an access to the members’ login area. Afterwards, you can order, view, track any of your favorite items displayed on website.
- How do I know the current status of my order?
- The updates are given for the orders by us at the time of orders getting in process.
- How I know that I have made the order on your website?
- After placing the order, you will get order confirmation email with order no. By this way you can trace out that you have made the order on our website.
- How long will it take for my order to reach me?
- We take 8-10 business days (For Unstitched Products) and 15-20 business days (For Stitched products) processing of your order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.
- Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?
- You can fill your details and get the shipping quote while placing an order.
- How is the item delivered?
- All the items are delivered through our logistics partner DHL, DTDC, FedEx & UPS.
- Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax on receiving products?
- Yes there may be Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. Since these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, Government may charge you there on receiving goods.
- Can I pay using my Debit card?
- Yes, we accept all major debit cards.
- How do I know that you have received my payments?
- You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with your order number.
- Are my credit card number / bank account number secure?
- Credit card details are accepted through SSL protocol. Scripts capable of processing credit card transactions securely power all the transactions. This ensures that the information is encrypted before being transmitted.
- Do you accept returns?
- Yes, we do accept returns if you don’t like the product but you have to bare the shipping cost and duties. All customised orders are final sale, it can not be returned.
- Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
- The value of refund varies from one case to another. It would be under the sole discretion of the operations.
